A huge improvement over the halogen lamp

The brightness of the LEDs is up to 220% greater than the minimum requirements for ECE R112 halogen lamps. Further advantages include the very high cool white color temperature of 6,000 Kelvin. Most significantly, the lifespan is six times longer compared to halogen lamps, and glare for oncoming traffic is reduced by 50%.

The LED is only permitted for use in countries where it has been approved, including Germany. The compatibility list of the listed vehicle models and lighting functions, as well as detailed conditions, can be found at www.osram.de/ledcheck

You will need suitable installation accessories to install the LED lamps.

What variations are there?

For now, versions H1, H4 and H7 have been launched on the market; it is not known when the remaining sock versions such as H3, H8, H9, H15, H16, HB3 and HB4 will be available on the European market.
