When should I change the light bulb?

With Xenon burners, the end of their lifespan is usually announced by a pink or purple light. After a few hours of light, it will be extinguished.

With halogen lamps, it simply goes out, and when replacing it, you can see the broken filament.

When should I change the windshield wipers?

Many windshield wipers leave noticeable streaks, and the windshield doesn't get properly cleaned. This is often accompanied by annoying squeaking noises.

How can I be sure that a xenon bulb has burned out?

The quickest and easiest solution is to swap sides, i.e., move the xenon bulbs to the opposite side. Always remember to disconnect the battery beforehand. If the xenon bulb works on the other side, you'll know that you have a different problem with your xenon system.

Which version is the correct one?

In most cases, you will find the correct fitting for the vehicle lamps in the operating instructions. However, we would like to point out that this can change when replacing a headlight. The safest way is to remove the lamp and read the fitting; then you are 100% sure.

How long does delivery take?

We are aware that our customers need roadworthy vehicles and will ship them out as soon as possible.

The shipping company usually delivers within one to two business days. However, depending on various circumstances, such as special holidays, natural disasters, etc., delivery may take a few days longer. If the shipment shows no change after 5 business days, we can gladly initiate an inquiry; please feel free to contact us. We are always striving to help you.

What do I do if I ordered something wrong?

Don't try to force the wrong fitting in; it won't work! Keep the packaging sealed and cancel the order.

What do I do if I received something wrong?

If we have sent you the wrong goods, we would like to apologize immediately. Please contact us briefly in writing so that you can receive a return label; we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs in this case. The correct goods will, of course, be sent to you afterwards.

How does the return of the goods work?

Within 14 days, you can revoke the purchase without giving any reason and return the goods to our address. The return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer in this case.

What should I do if a package is delivered damaged?

If you receive a damaged package, please simply refuse delivery, citing the damage. If the package was not handed to you personally, first take a picture of the damage and check if the contents are intact. As soon as the goods show a defect due to external damage, you should immediately send us a message with all the information and, above all, with photographic evidence for the shipping company.

Can I order cash on delivery?

We currently cannot offer a cash on delivery service. All orders must be paid for in the shopping cart at checkout before shipping. You can use the following payment methods: prepayment, PayPal, or various card payment services.

Is my banking information safe?

Your card details are secure; payments are processed via the store provider (Shopify), which is certified according to Level 1 PCI DSS.

We ourselves do not have access to your card details and your payment, which is processed via certified payment providers or Shopify.
