The light temperature is cool white, not blue. The lamp is legal for installation in car headlights and has ECE R37 approval.
Philips WhiteVision Ultra car lighting
The headlight achieves a light temperature of up to 4200 Kelvin. Compared to a conventional standard car bulb, the light output is up to 60 percent higher. The future-oriented design is compatible with BMW, Audi, Ford, Toyota, and GM, but also fits in an older Golf.
The features of the car lamp
The optimized gas composition in the glass bulb ensures a longer service life. The glass bulb of the Philips WhiteVision Ultra is made of quartz glass, which is harder than regular glass. A central coating ensures that the car lamp complies with legal requirements and reduces eye fatigue when driving at night. The specially designed base ensures a precise fit, and the filament and glass are resistant to temperature fluctuations.
Which bases are available?
